Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every SLAtech bot has a Free tier you can start on with no credit card. Paid plans add higher message volume and advanced features.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month - you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard. No lock-in and no cancellation fees.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted in the EU. SLAtech is GDPR-aligned, hosted in the European Union, and never sells your data.
How is usage billed?
Each plan includes a monthly resolution allowance. Beyond it you can add capacity or move to a higher tier; Custom plans are billed to your agreed volume, integrations and SLA.
What counts as a "query"?
Each question a visitor sends to your AI assistant counts as one query. Ingestion jobs (crawling pages) also count. The system tracks combined usage as your monthly usage total.
Can I get a custom plan or volume discount?
Yes. The Custom Solutions tier handles custom limits - more sites, more documents, or a higher query quota. Contact us and we will configure per-client overrides without changing your base tier.
What does the Enterprise tier include?
