Can I switch tiers at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Admin panel. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Each question a visitor sends to your AI assistant counts as one query. Ingestion jobs (crawling pages) also count. The system tracks combined usage in your monthly UsageCounter.

Yes — we have a permanent Free tier with a small monthly query allowance, one website and a capped page index. No credit card, no time limit. Every paid tier can be tried risk-free and you can downgrade to Free at any time.
