How to read this

The four dimensions, plainly

Pricing model. The single number you'd write on a procurement form, with the unit it scales on (per resolution, per conversation, flat, custom-quote). The trap to avoid: tiers that look cheap until your traffic spikes and the per-resolution meter does the rest.

Vertical depth. Whether the bot arrives pre-seeded for an industry (clinics, hotels, salons, law firms, etc.) or whether you upload a stack of PDFs and tune prompts yourself. Vertical-seeded bots cut time-to-value from weeks к hours.

Multi-channel reach. Whether web widget + WhatsApp Business + Telegram are bundled in one tier, or whether each channel is an add-on with its own SKU. Mobile-first markets buy on WhatsApp; web-only chat tools miss most of the demand.

EU residency. Whether the platform's default region is EU (no DPA negotiation at signup) or whether GDPR compliance requires a Standard Contractual Clauses supplement. Public-sector and healthcare buyers will not move past this gate.
